Clothing & Blankets
Wear loose comfortable casual clothing.
We suggest bringing a small blanket or a
sweater, as the temperature in the
conference room may fluctuate.
Seating, Cushions, Yoga Mats
Chairs will be provided for everyone.
During certain portions of the
intensive, everyone who is able to do so
will be seated on the floor, so you
might want to bring a small cushion,
backjack or yoga mat. For those who need
them, there will always be chairs
available.
Food & drink
There will be water stations in the
meeting rooms, but you may want to bring
your own water bottle.
Meal times will be as follows:
Saturday Feb 12 Lunch 1-2pm Dinner 6-7pm
Sunday Feb 13 Lunch 12-1pm No Dinner-
The intensive will end at 8pm Sunday.
There will be food concession available
for lunch at the conference center,
offering choice of turkey hoagie or
veggie wrap, salad, fruit & a drink for
$10.
There is also a small on-site restaurant
that will be offering a lunch buffet. It
will be open for breakfast and dinner
also. It only seats about 75 people, but
there will be buffet to go take-out
available.
There are numerous restaurants close-by.
But we will only have 1 hour meal
breaks, so you might consider bringing a
sack lunch & dinner to the conference
center with you or plan to eat in your
room. The suites at the Mainsail have
fully equipped kitchens and dining
rooms. For a map of the Mainsail & all
the restaurants close-by click on the
links at the top of this page.
There is a Whole Foods Grocery about 5
miles from the Mainsail, if you want to
buy food there or stock your kitchen
(address & directions are below). In the
event that you do not have a car, there
is shuttle service available at the
Mainsail. But there will be many people,
so we suggest getting your food before
the conference begins or carpooling with
someone, if you choose to go out during
the breaks.
Internet
There will be free high-speed Internet
access via LAN Ethernet cable, if you
bring one with you. Wireless Internet
access is available for a fee of $10 per
day.
Bring your Padukas
If any of you have large Padukas, please
bring them with you. Mark your Padukas
with a piece of tape on the bottom of
each Paduka with your name on it. We
will need at least 50-100 pairs to use
for the Mukthi Deeksha process on
Saturday night.
Course Notes
You are welcome to take notes during the
conference, but we will be emailing you
the complete course notes, so you do not
need to be concerned with taking notes
and can simply immerse yourself in your
own process.
Free talk by Doug Bentley with Alina
Shalev & Stuart Mooney: Friday 7-10pm
You are welcome to invite people who are
not enrolled in the intensive to the
Friday night talk. If they decide after
the talk that they want to stay for the
whole weekend, there may be a few
tickets available, but we cannot
guarantee this. At this time we have
less than 30 tickets left.
We will receive a Special Love-Offering
to benefit the Oneness University at the
Friday night talk. If you would like to
contribute, it would be appreciated,
plus, it’s great way to get some Sat
Karma (that’s the good kind).
Refund Policy
There will be no refunds of course fees
after 5pm Friday Feb. 11
