21 DAYS SADHANA FOR OCT 28TH WEBCAST DARSHAN WITH SRI AMMA BHAGAVAN

If you feel moved to do a practice daily for 21 days, the Oneness Singapore group has shared a sadhana they received from their Oneness University Guide. Many Blessing Givers around the world will be doing this. Feel free to do if you would like.

(Message from the Guide for Singapore)

Dear Friends, As you all know there is a very big Shift going to
happen in the Collective Consciousness of Humanity on Oct 28th , we
are going to have a special Webcast with Sri Amma Bhagavan. The
webcast will begin at 6.30 pm India Time. As a preparation for the web
cast , I have devised a Sadhana for all our Oneness Community. The
Sadhana starts on 8th of October and ends on 28th with the Webcast
Darshan of Sri Amma Bhagavan. Those who are willing to do the
Sadhana , please go through the attachment . Thank you.

Morning 6am ( Before Eating breakfast )

* Intent : Take Intent for Awakening and God Realisation. You could
now pray for your Awakening and God Realisation .
* Receive Deeksha from Srimurthy or Paduka
* Express Gratitude to the Divine

Afternoon - Best at 12 noon

JAPA (Chanting)
* Chant Moola Mantra or Amma Bhagavan for 21 times , 49 times or
108 times
* Intent : Take Intent for Awakening and God Realisation. You could
now pray for your Awakening and God Realisation .
* Receive Deeksha from Srimurthy or Paduka
* Express Gratitude to the Divine


Evening 6 pm ( Before or After Dinner Best at 6pm)

CONTEMPLATION
You need to contemplate on the following points

1. If You do not accept yourself , either your body, physical
appearance or any of the quality in you become

aware of that and accept yourself.

2. The incidents where you got hurt by somebody and be
with that pain and forgive them.
3. The incidents where you hurt others and seek
forgiveness from them.
4. Pray to the Divine to heal all your pains and take
Deeksha from the Paduka or the Srimurthy.
5. Pray for your friends and Family members.
6. Express Gratitue to the Divine.

General Things that you need to follow on these 21 Days for a powerful
process on October 28th :

Have Good thoughts . Think good about others and pray for others. If
you get any negative thought about others become aware of it .
Speak Good Words Speak nice auspicious, kind words. Avoid using words
which will hurt others. This will give you tremendous Good Karma.
Do Good Deeds Try to help others. If you are a deeksha giver , try to
give Deeksha to at least one person every day . If possible you speak
about October 28th Program and invite your friends and relatives to
participate in the Amma Bhagavan’s conference on Oct 28th. Avoid doing
things which will hurt others. on October 28th 2011.
If you can do the things as briefed on the message below on these 21
days you will be experiencing a very big improvement in your state

The timing I have mentioned is the ideal time. But ,if on some days
you are not able to follow that time you could select your suitable
timing.

But the first preference is to follow the timings because many people
are going to do the Sadhana at the same time.


Webcast Darshan. If you are not a Deeksha Giver , you will just do
the Daily Sadhana and participate in the Webcast Darshan.
On the 21st Day, 28th October. If you are a Deeksha Giver you may
attend a Bakthi yoga organized by your Trainer.
